GymGod does more than just log data; it actively guides your progression. When you follow one of our built-in programs (like Starting Strength, 5/3/1, or PPL), the app automatically calculates the weight you should lift for your next session based on your previous performance. After a designated period (e.g., 4-8 weeks), it will prompt you to recalculate your training maxes to ensure you're always challenging yourself and breaking through plateaus.
Absolutely! We know workouts don't always go as planned. Our Adhoc Logging feature allows you to start a blank workout and log exercises on the fly. You can search our library of 160+ exercises and add them to your session instantly. You can also easily reorder exercises or repeat a set from your previous workout with just a few taps.

Progress Photos: Take photos within the app to create a visual timeline of your physical transformation. These are stored privately and securely. Analytics: View charts and graphs of your strength gains over weeks, months, and years for any lift.
Yes, GymGod integrates seamlessly with Apple Health (HealthKit). All your completed workouts, active calories, and other relevant data are automatically synced to the Health app. This gives you a complete picture of your fitness activity in one place, alongside data from your other apps and devices.
